The Contract between us

When you place an order with us, the order is only accepted once full payment of your order is received.  Once we have received payment we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you via the email provided on your order form (check out page).   Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this address. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included your correct address (including postcode), email address and contact telephone number when ordering.
In the unlikely event that goods ordered are no longer available, we will advise you of this as soon possible. 

Price

The prices payable for products that you order are as set out in our website and our catalogue. Prices include VAT unless specified otherwise.

You will be required to pay for postage unless you decide to collect your order from our warehouse. Our delivery charges are set out during the ordering process. We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £25.00 for orders placed on our website. This promotion applies solely to orders placed directly through the website. Free shipping will not be applied to trade orders and/or orders placed via e-mail, fax, post or phone.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before we despatch your order.  We accept payments via credit card, debit card (via Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa and MasterCard.), or PayPal.

We accept card payments through secure payment providers, WorldPay and Paypal.  Both options are secure. Your credit/debit card details are securely encrypted and we do not have access to your card information.

Your credit card company may also do security checks called 3D Secure which helps protect your card against unauthorised use and give you peace of mind when shopping online.  If you would like to learn further information about 3D Secure please visit ‘Verified by VISA’ or ‘Mastercard Securecode’ 

Availability

We always work hard to make sure we have plenty of products in stock.  However, on rare occasions, items may be out of stock in our warehouse whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you ASAP to arrange a refund or exchange.

Availability and Delivery
Our goal is to provide the best delivery possible which includes maintaining our excellent reputation for on-time delivery. Unfortunately things do not always go to plan and factors, such as weather and traffic conditions, may occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days of being ordered but cannot guarantee this during busy periods and seasonal fluctuations. Please order with enough lead-time as we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the delivery address provided.  It is however your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery information as we will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you. We will not be liable for orders that are returned to us where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided. In such cases, there will be an additional postage charge for re-delivery.

Delivery rates and times are covered in our Delivery Information which you will find listed at the bottom of the website. Please note that delivery times are for guidance only and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Cancellation

Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered in our Returns Policy, which you will find listed at the bottom of the website.

When using the Websites and Apps, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. Liability

If the products you receive are not what you ordered, defective or the incorrect quantity, please contact us.  We will then correct your order.  For example:

• Make good any shortage or non-delivery
• Supply and deliver substitute goods
• Replace any defective goods
• Refund or do a partial refund at our own discretion  

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused through postage such as climatic conditions affecting the product. We make sure that all items are in perfect condition before they are sent to you.  If your parcel does arrive in poor condition, please contact us. 

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill).  We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A waiver by Heavenly Delights Ltd of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by Heavenly Delights Ltd of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing (email correspondence will be permitted).
